This is the first episode of a three-episode radio program which was produced on the occasion of a publication. Professor Christos Doumas, assistant Professor Andreas Vlachopoulos and Anny Ragia present the first volume in the “Archaeology series”: “Aegean Islands” (Melissa, Athens 2006), a survey of archaeological activity in the Aegean islands from the 19th century to the present day, with an emphasis on the most significant discoveries of the last twenty years (1985-2005).
