This is the last episode of a three-episode radio program which was produced on the occasion of a publication. Professor Christos Doumas, assistant Professor Andreas Vlachopoulos and Anny Ragia present the first volume in the “Archaeology series”: “Aegean Islands” (Melissa, Athens 2006), a survey of archaeological activity in the Aegean islands from the 19th century to the present day, with an emphasis on the most significant discoveries of the last twenty years (1985-2005). The three guests are discussing with Marianna Koromila the civilization of the islands, from the largest and best known to the tiniest and least explored, and from the Prehistoric times to Late Antiquity.
